Our Conclusion

The problem we have with this product is that it is an all round cream. We like to see dedication creams for specific areas to ensure effectiveness. Sure they make take a little longer in regards to application the effects are usually better as a result. Such an opinion has been supported by reviewers where many were struggling to see or feel an astounding or noticeable effect.

A great concept and ease of use in unmatched. However with the explosion of resveratrol supplements on the market this product is hard to recommend. It may have its current loyal user base but Resveratrol is the way anti-aging supplements are heading.

Our Conclusion

The fact that this product contains Argireline is a great thing. We know its anti-aging properties however there seems to be a certain level of discomfort whether it be texture or smell expressed by some of the users. There has also been many cases of this product causing adverse skin reactions among users so we do recommend you check the full ingredients to ensure it does not contain an irritant specific to your skin.

Our Conclusion

Well priced and has had good reviews all round. We are still not entirely convinced due to the ingredients as it lacks any form of collagen complex or an anti-ager such as Argireline, Matrixyl 3000 or even Hyaluronic Acid.

Thermage treatment is based on the premises that the skin is made up of three layers that includes collagen strands and it believed that heating the underlying layer of collagen in the skin will cause a tightening effect and the tightening effects will stimulate new collagen for the skin to look and feels smoother and tighter.

The heats energy is delivered through a handpiece to the deeper parts of the skin (dermis). The handpiece is also equipped with cooling spray that protects the superficial part of the skin (epidermis) from injury. The heat energy passed will create contracting effects on the deeper tissues; this will decrease the appearance of lines. New collagen will eventually developed to give a new and firmer appearance to the skin.

The advantage of Thermage over others is that it does not cause damage to skin surface, unlike laser resurfacing and it a minimal side effects, treatment can take up to some hours, depending on the scope of the treatment, patient can even return back to work same day, unlike laser resurfacing or facelifts that can weeks for recovery and it live no traces of scar. But it is a very painful procedure which involves  the use of anesthetic cream.

A little invasive for our liking. Usually when a company states that such a procedure is pain free that is extremely relative and varies from person to person, similar to that of laser hair removal. For a more non evasive and less intensive treatment stick to a top anti-aging cream like Clear Lift Ultra.

The MD Forte range products are manufactured by Allergan, the same company that produces Botox. It is a product line that focuses on using sugar cane derived Alpha – hydroxyl acid as a major ingredient for the treatment of skin conditions such as sun damage and hyper pigmentation. The primary ingredient in the MD Forte products is Glycolic Acid which is reported to offer better results than other variations of alpha hydroxyl acids.

Most of the feedback has been quite positive. Has a number of good uses along with being an anti-aging product and is also known to go a long way with a very little amount. Unfortunately does not have proven anti-aging ingredients or collagens as found in the top anti-aging products.

Our Conclusion

Feedback for Korres products has generally been quite positive. However it does not have the key anti-aging ingredients available in the top anti-aging products. We would like to see the incorporation of a collagen complex of some sort as well as either Argireline or possibly Matrixyl 3000 for repair and support.
